In order to satisfy the quality requirements of our customers, we have established "Customer Value Centered" as our quality management policy.
As a systematic approach to quality management, we are operating a hydro-thermal power quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 requirements
for perfect maintenance of power plant facilities, and a nuclear power quality management system in accordance with KEPIC QAP-1 requirements.
Through the operation of these quality management systems and the quality management, Optimal Energy Service Co., Ltd.

Optimal Energy Service Co.,Ltd. operates quality management as a top priority policy in order to grow into a company that contributes to national industrial development as "luxury maintenance company" in the field of all power generation facility maintenance and provides direction for maintenance quality. Securing the safety and reliability of maintenance quality is the basic responsibility of all employees of the company, and to secure maintenance quality, all employees perform quality activities aimed at the following points.

The head of the organization that performs quality service to realize "a luxurious brand maintenance company" is planning and operating work in accordance with the management policy, quality assurance plan requirements and related regulations. In addition, he/she is responsible for checking and providing solutions to ensure that the quality-related work is performed correctly and has the organizational independence and authority to stop or control work if quality violations are found.
